Clyde Keaton

Chairman of the Board

Clyde is President & CEO of ATC, a World-Class Supply Chain Management (SCM) Services Company. Clyde received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and a M.S. in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Clyde was with General Electric for 25 years holding positions as Vice President of various business units in Power Systems and GE Corporate. He also served as President & CEO of Clean Harbors, an environmental services company. After initially serving as President & CEO of Argo International, a global stocking distributor, Clyde founded ATC, a supply chain management company in 1996 and continues to serve as President & CEO. Clyde also serves as a Board Member for Junior Achievement Worldwide and Junior Achievement of New Jersey.

John D. Kavazanjian

Board Director

John very successfully lead the completion of Phase One of Pizzametry’s strategy which culminated in the completed development and production of the state of the art machine, positioning it well for future success, retiring July of this year. John retired as CEO of Ultralife Corporation in February, a position that he held for 11½ years, during which time he grew the company from a $15M a year unprofitable enterprise to a $180M profitable public corporation. Prior to Ultralife, John worked as an executive for several high technology companies including Xerox Corporation, Data General Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. John is a graduate of MIT with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering and graduate school at the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Puzant Khatchadourian

Board Director

As an inventor and entrepreneur, he has designed and successfully perfected the first state-of-the-art pizza vending machine receiving patents for his work. From 1967 to 2012, Khatchadourian served as Founder and President of Jaguar Casting Inc., a premier jewelry company that casted for some of the world’s leading retailers, from Movado, to Harry Winston, to Tiffany’s. His innovative contributions to the jewelry and vending industries are recognized in the form of several patents in both fields. Khatchadourian’s entrepreneurial expertise also extends to real estate as a former developer of shopping malls, office buildings and a luxury ski resort.

Jim Benjamin

President

Jim, has over 30 years of product engineering and delivery experience; started successfully IT companies. Also, has held a variety of senior level positions at, Eastman Kodak Company and Xerox Corporation. Graduate of: University of Rochester, Executive MBA; Rochester Institute of Technology, MSCE; NYU-Polytechnic, BS EE/CE, St. John’s University, BS Physics.
